Audiom Institute of Paper Science and Technology Map

Monday

Day One is all about understanding the environment of tactile and embodied learning. During this day, you will meet your workshop cohort and learn about some of the broad ways we think about embodiment, as well as its importance and some of the ways it can emerge in the education space.

Objective: Experiencing and exploring meaning-making through tactile and embodied engagement.

Themes: Laying the foundation; Developing local and global grounding to collectively explore tactile and embodied learning.

Day Two is about interdisciplinary convergence. During this day, we’ll begin to uncover commonalities across disciplines and identify ways embodiment contributes to education and other, perhaps surprising, spaces.

Objective: Combine resources, collaborate, and intersect with one another.

Themes: Broaden the base of knowledge for embodiment across disciplines to the benefit of education; unite lived experience with intentional study.
